Add your facilities once
Start by adding the spaces your club uses: a grass pitch, an astro, an indoor hall, or anything else. You can note the type and a few details so everyone knows what they are booking.
If a pitch is often split for two sessions at once, you can set it up to be booked in halves. A team can take the full pitch, or just one half, and the other half stays free for someone else.
Book a slot in seconds
Open the calendar, pick a free slot, and book it. Each booking is marked as a match, training, or other, so at a glance anyone can see what the day looks like.
You can see the whole week across all your facilities, or focus on one facility for a single day. Free slots are obvious, and booked ones are clearly marked.
No more double bookings
This is the part that saves the arguments. The calendar will not let two teams land on the same space at the same time. If a slot is taken, it is taken. When a pitch is split in halves, a booking blocks only that half, so the other half stays open.
Let team managers book their own slots
You do not have to be the one taking every request. You can invite team managers to book the slots they need themselves. They get access to the booking calendar only, nothing else in your club account, so they can sort their own training and matches while you keep the full picture.
As an admin you can see and manage every booking, and step in to move or cancel anything when plans change.
Everyone stays in the loop
When a booking is made, the person who made it gets a confirmation by email. If it is cancelled, they get told straight away. No need to chase around to let people know a slot has changed.
Keep it tidy
When a pitch goes out of use or a hall is no longer available, you can archive the facility so it drops off the calendar without losing the record of what came before.
