Live in three steps
Set your prices
Name the event, give it a date and add up to three prices, like a family ticket and a child ticket. Sales close at the end of the day unless you pick another time.
Put up the poster or share the link
Share the pay link the week before, print the QR poster for a wall or a table, or send the volunteer link to whoever is on the stall: their phone adds up each sale and shows a code to scan.
Supporters pay on their phone
No app and no account. They pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay or card, and get a receipt by email with a QR ticket for anything scanned at the entrance. The money goes to your club's own Stripe account.

What does it cost?
No setup fee and no monthly fee. We take 3.5% plus 30c per payment, not per item, card processing included.
How do people pay?
On their own phone, with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay or a card. They don't need an account, and they get a receipt by email.
What do volunteers need?
Just their phone and the link you send them. They add up the sale and show the QR code, and the screen changes to paid by itself. They see first names and amounts only, and can't refund or change a payment.
Can we record cash on it?
No. Scan to pay is for card payments only.
Can we refund a payment?
Yes. A club admin can refund a payment in full.
Can we use it for a raffle or a collection?
No. It's for things with a price on the day. For a raffle, use the club raffle.
Can people buy tickets in advance?
Yes. Share the pay link before the day and mark a price as scanned at the entrance. Each ticket gets its own QR code on the receipt and in the email, and a volunteer scans it once at the door from their phone.
