Family memberships
Set one discount for families with two or more members, applied when one person pays for them all.
Youth players
Youth plans take the child's name, date of birth and a parent's name, with photo consent on the form.
Gym and monthly plans
Run a monthly plan on a saved card for the club gym or anything else paid by the month.
Membership questions
What does it cost?
No setup fee and no monthly fee. We take 3.5% plus 30c from each card payment, card processing included. Recording a cash, cheque or bank transfer payment is free.
Can members pay in their own time?
Yes. With a season fee, members can pay in full or in their own time, in amounts they choose, until it's cleared. There are no fixed dates and nothing is taken without them.
Do we still have to chase people?
Far less. Members get a reminder before the fee is due, on the day, and when it's overdue. You can export the whole season to a spreadsheet whenever you need it.
How do members register?
Share the link or put it on your club page. They pick a plan, fill in the short form and pay by card.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your club's own Stripe account and on to your bank. Members see your club's name on their bank statement, not ours.
