Setting Up Your Club on Bluefundr

From zero to accepting entries in under 15 minutes. Here's the one-time setup.

Create Your Account

Head to bluefundr.com and sign up. You'll verify your email and phone number. If you sign in with Google, email verification is handled automatically.

Register Your Organisation

Create your club's organisation profile — add your club name, logo, and basic details. This is what entrants will see when they find your competitions. Get started here.

Connect Stripe for Payments

Bluefundr uses Stripe Connect so entry fees go directly to your club's bank account. You'll need your club's IBAN, a bank statement or utility bill (last 6 months), and photo ID. When asked about owners/directors, select "Continue with no owners" and "Continue with no directors" — most clubs aren't registered companies.

Choose Your Lottery Compliance Option

If your entry fee is max €5, your prize pool is under €2,000, and you're running no more than one draw every 3 months — you can self-declare under the small-scale fundraising exemption and start immediately. Otherwise, upload your lottery licence for admin approval.

Create Your First Competition

Choose your competition type, pick the matches, set entry fees and prize structure, and optionally generate a custom competition image. You're live.
