Split the pot

Run your split the pot online

Supporters enter on their phone, every week if they like. Half the pot goes to the winner and half to your club, and your paper envelopes still go in the hat.

How supporters buy their entries, on their phone

How it works

Live in three steps

1

Set up your draw

Choose your price per entry, how often the draw runs, and the day and time it happens. Online entries close at the draw time.

2

Supporters buy entries

They pay online and each entry gets its own numbered ticket. They can enter one draw or stay in every draw on a saved card, and cancel anytime.

3

You run the draw

Draw the winning number your own way. The split is worked out for you, an online winner is emailed automatically, and you send the result to everyone who entered.

See it in action

From first entry to draw night

The whole thing runs on a phone, the way your supporters actually use it.

No risk to your club

Nothing to pay before you raise a cent

No setup fee

Setting up your club and going live costs nothing. You are not signing up to anything you have to pay for.

No monthly fee

There is no subscription. We take a small cut only when money actually comes in, so quiet months cost you nothing.

Money goes straight to your club

Payments land in your club's own Stripe account, not ours. You are always in control of your funds.

Set up in minutes

It is fully self-service. No sales call, no waiting on us to switch anything on. You do it yourself and you are live.

What clubs use it for

Why clubs take their split the pot online

People who never carry cash

Anyone with a phone can enter, including supporters who moved away years ago.

Keep the envelopes

Online and paper entries go in the same draw. Print the online stubs and put them in the hat with the rest.

In every draw

Supporters can enter every draw on a saved card and cancel anytime, so the pot holds up on quiet weeks.

No prize money up front

The prize is half of what comes in, so the club never has money at risk.

Questions

Split the pot questions

Do we need a permit?

Yes. A weekly split the pot is a lottery under Irish law, so it needs a Garda permit or a District Court licence, the same as a club lotto. We check it before your draw goes live.

How is the pot split?

After our fee, half goes to the winner and half to the club. Nothing rolls over, so every draw has a winner.

What does it cost?

No setup fee and no monthly fee. We take 6.6% plus 30c from each payment, card processing included. You set the entry price, from €2.

How often can we draw?

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Online entries close at the draw time.

How is the winner picked?

You draw from the hat, with the online stubs in alongside your paper entries. If the winner entered online, we email them automatically.

Who pays the winner?

The club does, as it does now.
